Payment Policy
If a patient has dental insurance, we will fill out the paperwork and send the information to the insurance company for the patient. Most dental plans do not pay the total fee for a service as well as having a yearly deductible. This portion is the patients responsibility and should be paid at the time of service.
If a patient does not have dental insurance, we ask that treatment be paid for at the time of service.
Arrangements can be made for patients requiring multiple appointments for their portion of the fee to be spread out over those visits as well.
We accept Care Credit a dental line of credit the patient must apply for on their own (we have the application).
We always do our best to help work with our patients to allow them access to our services.

Rescheduling Appointments
We always try to give our patients the most convenient time for their appointment, and we ask that in return they do their very best to keep that scheduled appointment.
We usually request 24-hour notice of appointments that need to be rescheduled. However, we certainly understand that emergencies occur and sometimes this is not possible.
Our answering machine is always on when the office is closed so your phone call will be accepted and recorded anytime day or night.

Emergency Policy
When a patient calls our office with an emergency, we will do everything in our power to see them that same day, or as soon as possible.
Our answering machine is always on when the office is closed, and is monitored by one of the doctors during the weekend.
